Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to dealership visitors, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate vehicles
- Conduct professional test drives and product demonstrations highlighting vehicle features and benefits
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to delivery, including paperwork and financing options
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle models, specifications, and promotional offers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in dealership events, promotions, and community outreach programs
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure seamless customer experience throughout the ownership cycle
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales or related customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Valid Indonesian driver's license with clean driving record
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays on a rotational basis
- Basic computer skills for CRM systems and sales documentation
