Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, inspecting, and logging of incoming spare parts and inventory.
- Organize and maintain an accurate inventory of parts in the warehouse or storage area.
- Process and fulfill parts requests from service technicians and other departments in a timely manner.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate inventory availability.
- Conduct regular stock audits to verify accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Prepare and package parts for delivery or pickup, ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist in returning defective or unused parts to suppliers or manufacturers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in parts management, warehousing, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts (up to 20-25 kg) as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or automotive fields are advantageous.
