Responsibility
- Provide technical assistance and support to dealers, service centers, and internal teams to ensure optimal performance of automotive systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to vehicle electronics, mechanics, and software.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to identify root causes of recurring problems and implement preventive solutions.
- Conduct on-site and remote technical assessments, offering real-time guidance and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including repair manuals, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
- Train and mentor service technicians and dealer staff on new technologies, tools, and diagnostic procedures.
- Monitor and analyze vehicle performance data to proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards in all technical interventions and repairs.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics, repair, or technical support.
- In-depth knowledge of modern automotive systems, including electronics, hybrid/electric vehicles, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software (e.g., OBD-II scanners, manufacturer-specific platforms).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for on-site support.
