We are seeking passionate and driven Automotive Spare Parts Sales Executives to promote and sell high-quality motorcycle parts and tires across the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, building strong relationships with customers, dealers, and workshops while driving sales growth. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including motorcycle workshops, dealers, and retail outlets.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for motorcycle spare parts and tires.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community engagements to boost brand visibility.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle parts, tires, and accessories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid motorcycle license and willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, CRM software).
- Passion for motorcycles and the automotive industry is a plus.
