Responsibility

  • Conduct professional test drives and product presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the customer and the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with the finance and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related retail sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
