Responsibility

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to vehicle handover, ensuring a premium customer experience.
  • Follow up on incoming sales leads provided by the company promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives to highlight key features and benefits.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of current inventory, vehicle specifications, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on financing options, insurance, and trade-in valuations to assist customers in their purchase decision.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with the showroom and operations team to ensure showroom standards are maintained.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a high-performing retail/B2C sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is required.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic administrative tasks.
