Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end automotive project lifecycles, from planning to execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to align project goals with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale automotive projects from concept to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
- Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and supply chain logistics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt to changing priorities.
