Responsibility
- Assist in managing and organizing automotive parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Process customer orders for parts and services, providing clear communication on availability and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure the correct parts are available for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts storage area, adhering to safety and company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, offering technical advice and solutions for parts-related questions.
- Assist in preparing service quotes and invoices, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Support the service team by retrieving parts, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Document transactions, returns, and warranty claims in the company’s system.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM certification or equivalent in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive parts, service assistance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, terminology, and basic vehicle systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Basic computer literacy, including inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to lift and move parts (up to 20-25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with workshop safety protocols and PPE usage.
