Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans (short and long-term) to boost dealership sales and profitability.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in the automotive sector.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional strategies and loyalty programs that drive customer retention.
- Manage brand consistency across all channels, including print, digital, and in-dealership materials.
- Organize and execute events, test drives, and product launches to engage potential buyers.
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics to optimize marketing spend.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and driving sales growth.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
