Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess their condition, including exterior, interior, engine, and mechanical components.
- Document and report findings accurately using Carsome's inspection tools and software.
- Perform test drives to evaluate vehicle performance, handling, and safety features.
- Identify and document any defects, damages, or areas requiring repair or maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with Carsome's inspection standards and procedures.
- Provide clear and detailed inspection reports to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay updated on automotive trends, technologies, and inspection best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vehicle inspection, automotive repair, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, electronics, and safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify even minor defects.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and inspection software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
