Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement PLC and SCADA systems for industrial automation projects.
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi) and SCADA software (e.g., WinCC, Ignition, Wonderware).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation systems with mechanical, electrical, and software components.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and commissioning to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architectures, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on automation systems.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance system performance.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in industrial automation and control systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PLC programming and SCADA system development.
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram).
- Hands-on experience with SCADA software (e.g., WinCC, Ignition, Wonderware) and HMI development.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA).
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, control panels, and instrumentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.
