Responsibility
- Develop accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings based on project specifications and engineering designs.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure drawings meet fabrication and installation requirements.
- Review and revise drawings to incorporate changes and improvements as needed.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, company guidelines, and client expectations.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of bill of materials (BOM) and other project-related documents.
- Provide technical support to the fabrication and installation teams as required.
- Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD tools, techniques, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Operator/Draftsman, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant drafting tools.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of tensile structures or membrane architecture is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
