VS Adriano & Associates Co is expanding its engineering capabilities and is seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented AutoCAD Operator - Civil Engineer to join our professional team in Bali. In this role, you will translate engineering concepts and survey data into highly precise technical drawings. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on technical challenges, possesses a deep understanding of civil engineering drafting principles, and has specialized experience in parcellary mapping.
As an AutoCAD Operator, you will collaborate closely with our project managers, civil engineers, and surveying teams to deliver world-class infrastructure and land development designs. Utilizing state-of-the-art Autodesk software, you will ensure all drafts are accurate, compliant with regulatory standards, and completed within project timelines. Responsibility
- Create, modify, and optimize detailed civil engineering plans, profiles, and cross-sections using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Develop accurate parcellary maps, right-of-way (ROW) acquisitions, and subdivision plans based on raw survey data.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design team to ensure draft layouts conform to client specifications and local construction regulations.
- Perform digital terrain modeling (DTM), grading plans, and volumetric calculations.
- Review and interpret field notes, topographic maps, and architectural sketches to translate them into computerized drawings.
- Maintain organized and structured CAD file archives, ensuring proper version control and file sharing protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, or a related technical drafting discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a CAD Operator, Civil Drafter, or Civil Engineer.
- Advanced, proven proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Civil 3D software (experience with parcellary mapping is highly advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of civil drafting standards, land surveying techniques, and engineering design concepts.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify design discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
