Responsibility
- Develop detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD based on specifications and design concepts.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Review and revise drawings to incorporate changes and improvements.
- Maintain organized records of all project drawings and documentation.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to industry regulations and company standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
- Provide technical support to the design and construction teams as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest drafting technologies and software advancements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Drafter or similar role, with proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing principles and industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of additional drafting software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp) is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
