Responsibility
- Process auto loan applications efficiently, ensuring fast approvals and accurate documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of loan applications, approvals, and disbursements in the bank's system.
- Collaborate with customers, dealerships, and internal teams to facilitate smooth loan transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding clients through the loan process.
- Monitor and track loan applications to ensure timely bookings and compliance with banking regulations.
- Identify sales opportunities and promote auto loan products to potential customers.
- Prepare and submit reports on loan performance, approval rates, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, banking policies, and auto loan products to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
