Responsibility
- Assist mortgage brokers in processing Australian loan applications efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct initial client assessments to determine financial needs and eligibility.
- Prepare and submit lender forms, ensuring compliance with Australian financial regulations.
- Maintain and update CRM records to reflect client interactions and application statuses.
- Liaise with clients, brokers, and lenders to resolve queries and expedite approvals.
- Monitor application progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and lender requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage broking, banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of Australian mortgage processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
