Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Oversee the audit process for global client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of audit reports.
- Develop and implement audit procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve audit discrepancies and improve logistics operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on audit findings and team performance.
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to streamline audit workflows.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and audit standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in audit operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics audit processes, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Proficiency in audit software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
