Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive audits of financial records, transactions, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or inefficiencies in financial processes and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and improve financial processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans, schedules, and methodologies.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
- Provide support during external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit queries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in audit, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.
- Proficiency in using audit software, accounting systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
- Certification such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent is a plus.
