Responsibility
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
- Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes, including vendor payments and collections
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and corporate financial policies
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- Support audits and provide documentation for internal/external stakeholders
- Assist in financial modeling and analysis to drive strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in healthcare or multinational organizations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Experience with financial reporting and compliance in a cross-border environment
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting
