Responsibility
- Conduct financial and operational audits in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
- Examine financial statements, records, and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify financial discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement in internal controls.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and enhance processes.
- Assist in the development and updating of audit policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in auditing and accounting.
- Support senior auditors in planning and executing audit engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and procedures.
- Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent is a plus.
