This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of ₱50,000 – ₱70,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a vibrant, international setting.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage the audit team to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and methodologies to assess operational risks and controls.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of logistics, supply chain, and BPO processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement corrective actions and monitor progress.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and risk management frameworks.
- Train and mentor audit staff to enhance their technical and analytical skills.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting audit processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA or CIA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit management, with a focus on logistics, supply chain, or BPO sectors.
- Proven leadership experience in managing audit teams and driving process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of audit standards, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- High ethical standards and attention to detail.
