Responsibility
- Lead the deployment and installation of AV and UC solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and calibration to optimize performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technicians, and clients, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of AV systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, configurations, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during installations and maintenance.
- Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service to foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AV system design, installation, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of UC platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex).
- Proficiency in AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX, Extron).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I) are a plus.
