As a key member of our operations, you will be the backbone of our mortgage brokerage process. You will work closely with brokers and lenders to ensure seamless loan applications, high client satisfaction, and operational excellence. Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process from submission to settlement.
  • Perform thorough data entry and document verification for AU mortgage loan files.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with brokers, lenders, and clients via email and phone.
  • Proactively follow up on pending requirements to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
  • Prepare compliance documentation and ensure all files meet internal and regulatory standards.
  • Resolve discrepancies or issues in loan applications promptly to minimize delays.
  • Provide administrative support to senior brokers and assist with ad-hoc financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker Support, Loan Processor, or similar role (AU mortgage experience is highly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the Australian mortgage lending process and industry compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and mortgage processing platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for professional client interaction.
  • Ability to work in a full-time, onsite capacity in Taguig City during day shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
