You will work closely with brokers and lenders to ensure seamless loan applications, high client satisfaction, and operational excellence. Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process from submission to settlement.
- Perform thorough data entry and document verification for AU mortgage loan files.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with brokers, lenders, and clients via email and phone.
- Proactively follow up on pending requirements to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
- Prepare compliance documentation and ensure all files meet internal and regulatory standards.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues in loan applications promptly to minimize delays.
- Provide administrative support to senior brokers and assist with ad-hoc financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker Support, Loan Processor, or similar role (AU mortgage experience is highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of the Australian mortgage lending process and industry compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and mortgage processing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for professional client interaction.
- Ability to work in a full-time, onsite capacity in Taguig City during day shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
