Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail store operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer service.
- Lead, train, and mentor store associates to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, organization, and loss prevention measures.
- Monitor visual merchandising standards to ensure the store reflects brand guidelines and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Assist in scheduling, payroll management, and team performance evaluations.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and health regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a retail or consumer products environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on sales growth and inventory management.
