Responsibility
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and month-end closing processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and clients, to resolve financial inquiries.
- Implement and improve accounting systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, payroll processing, and statutory reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial services (Senior Associate: 5+ years).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a multinational or client-facing role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and business practices is an advantage.
