Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of financial statements, invoices, and expense reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank statements and petty cash.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing insights for cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
