Responsibility
- Assist Australian Financial Planners in preparing detailed financial plans and strategies for clients.
- Conduct thorough research on financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review financial documents, including statements of advice (SOAs), cash flow projections, and investment reports.
- Ensure compliance with Australian financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with senior planners to analyze client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and financial data.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing client communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning, paraplanning, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Australian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
