Responsibility
- Act as the primary liaison between senior management and the IT team to align IT strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all IT operations, including data protection and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Monitor and evaluate IT performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, recommending solutions that drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a similar role, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system integration.
- Proven ability to manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in IT governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ITIL).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are a plus.
