Responsibility
- Lead AI-native software development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Act as the technical authority for AI/ML integration in software projects.
- Mentor and guide development teams on AI best practices and modern architectures.
- Design scalable, AI-driven solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance AI applications.
- Optimize AI models for production deployment and real-world scalability.
- Stay ahead of AI trends and advocate for innovative technologies within the organization.
- Ensure code quality, security, and compliance in AI-powered systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven leadership in technical teams, preferably in AI-native environments.
- Expertise in AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment.
