Responsibility
- Execute day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with local and international teams to gather and verify financial data for accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor and analyze financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring timely corrections.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP or IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
