Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow, forecasts, and budgeting to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Conduct financial audits and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
- Monitor financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CPA or CA is a plus.
- Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is advantageous.
