Responsibility
- Lead and manage the Order to Cash (O2C) function, including B2B collections, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce DSO, and improve collection efficiency.
- Oversee a team of collections specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve disputes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze O2C metrics and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices in AR management.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation and AI-driven solutions, to enhance O2C operations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on O2C performance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B collections, AR management, or O2C operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving cash flow, reducing DSO, and enhancing collection efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading remote or hybrid teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and collections software.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the BPO industry is highly desirable.
