Responsibility
- Manage the full purchase-to-pay cycle, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operational teams to resolve discrepancies and improve process efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Prepare and present financial reports related to accounts payable and procurement activities.
- Conduct vendor master data maintenance and ensure accurate vendor information.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, procurement, or financial operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a plus but not required.
