As an Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on lot performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams and external customers to drive continuous improvement. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
We offer a competitive salary range of $2,400 – $3,300 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibility
- Provide timely and accurate reports on lot performance to internal teams and external customers.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for low yield or failure rates in products and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve product reliability.
- Maintain and update documentation related to test procedures, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of test plans and protocols for new and existing products.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies for product testing and maintenance.
- Participate in regular audits and inspections to ensure equipment and facilities meet operational and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product testing, maintenance, or a similar technical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using test equipment and software tools relevant to the role.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for product testing and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to different locations in Bali as required.
