Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Analyze production data to identify efficiency gaps and propose process improvements.
- Support the installation and testing of new machinery or systems in the manufacturing line.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Familiarity with CAD software, PLC systems, or process automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in a non-office, production floor setting with adherence to safety protocols.
