Responsibility
- Perform initial and advanced troubleshooting of equipment-related issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on engineering systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance metrics for analysis and reporting.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment or system upgrades.
- Develop and recommend improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff or other departments as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, or a similar engineering role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and maintenance software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
