Responsibility
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for digital products and technology projects.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Translate technical specifications into clear, actionable user stories and workflows for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis to align business needs with system capabilities, ensuring seamless integration.
- Assist in the creation of BRDs (Business Requirements Documents) and functional specifications.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating deliverables against business requirements.
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends in IT, digital transformation, and business analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
