We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Assistant Vice President of Business Development to spearhead our casino and VIP customer acquisition initiatives in Southeast Asia's most vibrant market.
In this high-impact role, you will lead business development strategies to drive revenue growth, cultivate elite client relationships, and position Resorts World Sentosa as the premier destination for luxury gaming and hospitality experiences. Your expertise in market analysis, strategic partnerships, and high-net-worth client engagement will be instrumental in shaping our expansion in Indonesia and beyond.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive casino revenue growth and VIP customer acquisition in the Indonesian and regional markets
- Lead a high-performing business development team, setting performance targets and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and strategic partners to expand our VIP customer base
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the luxury gaming and hospitality sector
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Oversee the development of strategic partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and industry influencers to drive referral business
- Analyze financial performance metrics and customer data to optimize business strategies and improve ROI
- Represent Resorts World Sentosa at industry events, conferences, and high-profile networking opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the hospitality, gaming, or luxury service industry
- Proven track record of success in VIP customer acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth in a high-end service environment
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian luxury market, with existing networks in Indonesia being a significant advantage
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive business decisions
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required
