Based in one of Bali’s vibrant business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize trade performance, identify emerging market trends, and deliver exceptional results. Your expertise in sales strategy, client engagement, and team leadership will be instrumental in achieving revenue targets and strengthening our market presence.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, setting performance goals, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute trade promotions, campaigns, and product launches tailored to the local market.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and industry stakeholders to drive distribution growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics (e.g., KPIs, conversion rates) and prepare reports for senior management.
- Represent MegaLive BioSciences at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, trade management, or business development, preferably in the biosciences, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in team leadership, including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
