Responsibility
- Assist the Supervisor in daily bakery operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local and company regulations.
- Support the opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting.
- Engage with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of service satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new product launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a bakery, café, or hospitality setting (trainee positions considered for exceptional candidates).
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory management.
- Passion for baking, customer service, and team collaboration.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
