Responsibility
- Assist the branch manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.
- Ensure the branch maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, inventory, and other operational metrics as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
