Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and train store associates to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Support the achievement of sales targets by motivating the team and implementing sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Assist in conducting regular store audits to maintain operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional activities and visual merchandising updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management are a plus.
