Responsibility

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Supervise and train store associates to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
  • Support the achievement of sales targets by motivating the team and implementing sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in conducting regular store audits to maintain operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional activities and visual merchandising updates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management are a plus.
