Responsibility
- Support the Store Manager in driving store profitability and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor retail staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure store safety and compliance.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to keep the team aligned with store goals.
- Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to provide actionable insights for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or assistant managerial experience in a retail environment.
- Strong background in sports retail or fashion-forward consumer products is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and optimize store operations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail cycle.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern Point of Sale (POS) systems.
