Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Train, mentor, and supervise store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain store presentation, including merchandising, cleanliness, and product displays to align with brand standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of fresh products and stock availability.
- Enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and cash handling procedures.
- Assist in budgeting, expense control, and promotional activities to drive store profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role, preferably in the FMCG or fresh food industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, sales reporting, and POS systems.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
