Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Coach, train, and develop store associates to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to attract and engage customers.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Support the implementation of promotional campaigns and in-store events to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or assistant management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic retail software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- A degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
