Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and brand passion.
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, KPIs, and operational goals through strategic planning and execution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every visitor leaves with a positive and memorable ASICS experience.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling, to maintain brand standards.
- Conduct regular team training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to optimize store productivity and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, events, and campaigns that drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the sports, apparel, or footwear industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, team leadership, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in retail management systems, POS software, and inventory tools. Experience with SAP or similar platforms is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail business needs.
