Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, proposing data-driven initiatives to boost revenue.
- Provide coaching, training, and motivation to team members to enhance performance and job satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food handling standards.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and conduct regular stock checks to minimize waste.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling shifts, managing payroll, and conducting performance reviews.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or food service management role.
