Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and cash handling.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing retail team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure product displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Implement and track sales promotions, loyalty programs, and in-store marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and revenue.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to execute company-wide policies, procedures, and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, team leadership, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, merchandising, and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian/Bahasa is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is advantageous.
