Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve individual and collective KPIs.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure accurate product displays in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform business decisions.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment by executing seasonal visual merchandising directives and ensuring brand standards are upheld.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members to maintain a skilled and engaged workforce.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or assistant management role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, achieving targets, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and POS systems.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building client relationships.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
