Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and guiding staff to meet company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain product availability.
- Support sales targets by implementing promotional strategies and analyzing sales performance.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is a plus.
